THE LINCOLN PROJECT RELEASES NEW AD SALUTING “NEVER TRUMP” ACTIVIST J.D. VANCE

May 4, 2022 — The Lincoln Project is releasing a new ad today saluting J.D. Vance for his leadership in joining with John Kasich in 2016 to oppose Donald Trump for President.

The ad will run digitally starting today, and on broadcast and cable beginning Thursday in the following markets: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Youngstown, and Toledo.

“Ohioans deserve to see J.D. ‘s virtuous stand opposing Donald Trump in 2016 and contrast it with the pandering politician he’s become,” said Reed Galen. “Vance is one of Big Tech’s favorite bankers who executes deals in China. It’s laughable that Vance will be concerned with the needs of his constituents. Last night’s win is a victory for cynical, self-serving politics where candidates play for power and nothing more.”
