“Tucker Carlson is the worst our nation has to offer. For far too long he was a one man ministry of propaganda for Donald Trump and the MAGA movement. While today is a good day for democracy, Fox News remains one of the most significant threats to democracy facing the nation.

“Rupert Murdoch and his kids gave Tucker a platform to lie to his audience, push conspiracy theories, and help ferment an insurrection – all while believing none of it. The Murdochs sanctioned his lies to keep the money rolling in.

“Today is the Murdochs’ attempt to deflect accountability for their cynical manipulation of the American public to benefit the stock price. They are the most corrosive force in America today, and democracy is at risk because of the Murdochs’ deceits.”
