Lincoln Project Ad Warns Advertisers CNN Is Becoming Trump News Network

May 17, 2023 – At today’s Warner Brothers Discovery Upfront, The Lincoln Project will warn advertisers with a new ad that CNN’s transformation into the Trump News Network will put their brands at risk. The ad will highlight CNN’s Chris Licht embrace of Donald Trump in pursuit of Tucker Carlson viewers.

The Lincoln Project will geofence The Theater at Madison Square Garden and CNN’s New York headquarters with a digital ad you can view here, will have mobile billboards circulating both locations, and will tag corporations currently advertising on social media to make them aware of CNN’s turn towards Trump.
