ICYMI – The Lincoln Project dropped another video today in a series of web spots highlighting the great work that President Biden has done on behalf of all Americans. 

As President, Joe Biden is successfully passing legislation, taking on terrorism and improving the economy. And today, he signed the $52 billion semiconductor bill into law. This is in sharp contrast to the Republican Party that’s committed to causing chaos, litigating the last election, and stopping sensible policies like capping insulin prices.  

Just this week, President Biden lowered prescription drug prices and reduced the tax burden on middle class families. This comes after the President’s enormous economic success of the last 18 months. 

The economic numbers tell a clear story: 

• President Biden created a record-shattering 6.6 million jobs in his first year in office. 
• 600,000 of these jobs were in domestic manufacturing
• Unemployment is at a historic low of 3.6%
• Wages are rising at a record pace

And yesterday, consumer sentiment on inflation made a dramatic improvement as gas prices continue to fall. 

Since he’s been President, Biden has worked to unite Americans, fought fascism and built one of the strongest economies in American history.
