The lesson for the giants of corporate media? Actions have consequences. Giving a 90-minute campaign rally to an authoritarian serial liar is not worth a brief ratings boost. The pro-democracy coalition will hold you accountable. 

But the fight is far from over. Licht might be out, but do you really think the network that gave Trump a free campaign rally is just going to turn over a new leaf? We need to keep the pressure on them to stop normalizing Trump and his MAGA army.
