GOP Convention is Not “Business As Usual”

July 16, 2024 —Last night, we saw the GOP call for ‘national unity’ to disguise their bankrupt anti-democracy policies they will force on the nation. In JD Vance, they chose a Vice-Presidential candidate who’s against no-fault divorce, supports a national abortion ban, voted against IVF access, and doesn’t care about the war in Ukraine. Make no mistake, JD Vance and the MAGA GOP will only allow ‘national unity’ as long as it’s on their terms. 

So the GOP’s bid for control isn’t seen as “business as usual,” the Lincoln Project has billboard trucks circling the convention to remind attendees of the hypocrisy, lies, and anti-democratic principles that make up Trump’s campaign. We will be playing 4 ads: “Pressure,” “Commandments,” “Lies,” and “Important Date“.
