$7 Million??
What’d you think when you saw Trump’s mugshot? Disgusted? Horrified at the thug-like grimace from our former President?
Count us in for both. But here’s the tragic fact: that mugshot raised $7 million for him from his MAGA supporters. That’s $7 million more going to paying his lawyers and boosting his extremist message in the lead-up to the 2024 election.
Any normal American sees the mugshot as a sign of a failed authoritarian president. But for the MAGA army, it’s a rallying call to donate to the Dear Leader (count “self-funded billionaire” as just another lie Trump told his supporters).
The pro-democracy movement needs to respond. Can you pitch in $7 to match the $7 million raised by Trump?
We’ve got the better message, and unlike Trump, we’re not using our fundraising to stay out of jail. We’re using it to destroy the MAGA movement for good.
