May 3, 2021 – The Lincoln Project is honored to announce today we have received several Pollie Awards for “Our Moment” featuring Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, and “Imagine” featuring Michael Steele. Additionally, The Lincoln Project won two Reed Latino Awards for its entire hispanic ad catalogue and another one for the ad “Trump No Nos Quiere.”

Pollie Awards are presented by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and are among the most prestigious and sought after awards in the political communication and public affairs industries. The Lincoln Project and its partners VoteVets took home gold for Best Viral Campaign, and bronze for Independent Expenditure Campaign in the president category for  “Our Moment.” The Lincoln Project also took bronze for Internet Advertising in the president category for “Imagine.” Both ads were directed and produced by Backstreet Strategies, formerly known as 76 Words.

The Reed Latino Awards are presented by Campaigns and Elections magazine and is an international competition that embodies excellence in political campaigning, campaign management, political consulting, and political design, grassroots, and advocacy. The Lincoln Project won gold in two of the Latino categories; Best Online Contrast Advertisement and Best GOTV Promotion Campaign for its entire hispanic ad catalogue. They also won an individual award in the Best Political Contrast Spot category for “Trump No Nos Quiere.” The ads were directed and produced by Cesar Martinez of MAS Consulting.
